Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guidelines
Oral presentations (Keynote, Invited and Contributed presentations) will be invited to submit a peer-reviewed, full-length article to a Virtual Special Issue (VSI) in the Journal of Nuclear Materials (JNM, 2.485 impact factor). Since the papers will be published in the subscription journal, no charges will be invoiced.
The remaining authors will have the chance to send their peer-reviewed, full-length contributions to a VSI in the Nuclear Materials and Energy (NME, 2.213 impact factor). A special discount of 50% has been negotiated with Elsevier Editors and the Article Processing Charge will be USD 550 (per accepted paper) upon acceptance of their paper. Articles published in the NME will beneficiate from the Gold Open Access, the content becoming immediately available for everyone to read after the publication.
All manuscripts must be submitted, not later than 29th October 2021, via the Elsevier submission system (Editorial Manager; EM), which is accessible at LINK JNUMA or LINK JNME
